I am from Des Moines, Iowa and graduated in May 2023 from Drake University with a degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Sociology. My field experience includes tree and insect research around the world - including the old growth forests of Yosemite, the eastern deciduous forests of Indiana, and the rainforests of Rwanda! In my free time, I love to go rock climbing, read books, crochet, and nerd out over birds!
