Chloris Lowe is the CEO of Lowe Consulting, which is dedicated to the creation of profit centers for Native American Nations. Members of the Ho-Chunk Nation elected him twice as their leader, and he worked on behalf of the Ho-Chunk Nation with the U.S. government for recovery of 1200 acres of traditional land. Chloris was also critical in negotiating the country’s first ever recorded co-management agreement, where the Ho-Chunk Nation and the State of Wisconsin have collaborated to protect the aesthetic, cultural, scenic, native wildlife and plant communities of over 8,500 acres which is the Kickapoo Valley Reserve.
