Nature needs YOUR land ethic!

I love stories. So naturally, I listen to and help tell stories for the foundation: stories of the land, stories of Leopold, and stories of our work, mission, and impact. As the Digital Communications Coordinator, I manage our social media pages, edit our bimonthly Outlook e-newsletter, and coordinate our yearly phenology calendar. Occasionally, I run around at events with a camera in tow.
I grew up in the Albuquerque metro area in New Mexico and attended school in Vermont, earning a bachelor's degree in conservation psychology from Middlebury College. My Leopold journey began with the "Thinking Like a Mountain" essay, which I read for an environmental literature and history course; I eventually became a Future Leaders Fellow here in 2023-24, and have remained here ever since!
When not at work, I'm probably reading a book, puttering around on the piano, rambling on a nature trail, or enjoying a cup of tea.
